Available Personals are basically divided into to Three categories,
Free- Usually very limited and hard to come by sometimes with stipulations, submitting pictures etc.
Pay- Cheap -under 8 dollars a month-, Nice to find, wont break you to try it and see for yourself.
Pay Expensive- All over the place, and glad to take your money. More money doesn't always mean better services. Spend with care.
Problem with either is its hard to tell who is still in active membership and who has moved away and not deleted their add.

No guarantees that your going to find the love or lay of your life in any of these services, but if you don't get out much, its may be worth a few dollars to try them.
